Throwback Cheer Fab Fitness is an 8-week class series which features top-notch alumni & current NBA/NFL alumni instructors teaching ‘CheerDance’. These classes occur 1-time per week and focus on high-impact cardio, weight training, stretching and of course learning routines! The Fab Fitness series is just enough to spark your body into FIT mode, without an overwhelming time commitment or schedule.
While Fab Fitness gives professional alumni the opportunity to re-immerse themselves in their passion and amateurs the environment they need to GROW; all levels are encouraged to participate!!! Have you ever envisioned yourself performing at an elite level? Fab Fitness is the place for YOU!
